　　Support planning director in general planning responsibilitiesFormulate media objective, develop a recommended media strategy and tactical plan.Implementation of Master PlanBe aware of competitive brand activity and implications for Client's brands.Find creative opportunities in both media choice and usage to increase the visibility and impact of the advertising.Work effectively with client for day to day work, could meet Client's real needs and build mutual benefitsOn-going training of team membersBasic Requirements:

　　University degree, fluent in both written and oral English.4+ years'4A media planning experience, know the China Media Market well, good media insight and planning skill, accurate and facile in working with numbers.Positive, initiative, innovativeBeing able to work under pressure

　　支持与配合媒介计划总监的日常计划工作制定媒介目标,媒介策略与战略执行计划制定与执行媒介年度计划熟知竞争品牌的媒介活动状况,并能对客户品牌提出针对性的启示和建议善于发现创意媒体机会,以增强广告的可见度和冲击力有效地跟客户进行日常工作沟通,能满足客户真正的需求,并建立共同利益点，培训组员所需条件:

　　大学本科毕业，流利的英语听说能力四年以上4A广告公司媒介计划经验,熟知中国媒介市场，良好的媒介洞察力及策划技能，具有良好的数字概念并运算精确积极的，主动的，有创新精神能在压力下出色完成工作
